The College of St. Scholastica
The College of St. Scholastica has utilized the services
of Greg Ritter throughout our Imagine Tomorrow Campaign. This
comprehensive campaign secured over 20% more than its original goal,
achieving $24.2 million, six months in advance of its announced conclusion.
Greg’s role has included
designing and conducting the feasibility study and the drafting of the campaign
needs statement. Throughout the formative and public phases Greg helped
with prospect management for our top 100 prospects. His warm personal style
is just what our annual, major gift and planned giving officers needed.
He helped me build their confidence all along. Twice each year while he
was on campus he also met with our President to give him a personal assessment
of the Campaign, as well as our staff and volunteer efforts.

North Como Presbyterian Church
Greg brings his wisdom and non-anxious
presence to the visioning and fund-raising process. Our church was
encouraged by Greg’s
leadership during a time of high anxiety concerning our vision and
financial future. Greg has brought us to a hope-filled understanding
of who we are, where our resources lie, and has led us to a much healthier
position of growth. Beginning in 2010, our operating budget ($500,000
in 2007) will be fully pledged in advance of each year.
Thank you, Greg!

Grey Eagle United Methodist Church
Greg has provided competent leadership from the feasibility
study on in our campaign to build a new church. With his help and guidance, we began worshipping in our new $500,000 church building on March 9, 2008. Take a look www.geumc.com. He did not
despair when a group of critics wanted to slow down the project and
study the possibility of renovating the present 80 year-old building
instead. Eventually, these members also saw the wisdom of a new building,
for possibly less cost than a renovation, with many more features.

Greg assisted Lois in the creation of the Friends of Tank Hospital, located in Tank, Pakistan. Several thousand dollars were raised to send a discovery team there to determine needs, and to send a medical team to assist. In addition, the Friends secured gifts-in-kind of medical equipment in such quantity as to require a 40-foot semi tractor trailer which arrived by sea on Thanksgiving Day, 2006.
